THE RETURN
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM ?
From the date of receipt of your package, you have 15 days to change your mind.
The return is made exclusively by post to our branch located in Paris (address on your invoice)
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
It is strongly recommended to send your package with tracking, otherwise the consideration in case of loss of products during transport can not take place.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, with their label and any accessories, in perfect condition for resale. They must therefore not have been worn, washed or damaged.
You must attach a copy of your invoice to your package.
The refund will be made on the bank card used for payment by crediting it under the label "via Stripe pariscapitaledelaterre", via our payment partner Stripe, and this within 30 days from the date of return of the package.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURNS?
We will send you an email as soon as your return and refund will be processed, within 30 days maximum from the date of receipt of your package on our premises. The indication of a parcel delivered on the follow-up of your return is proof of good reception of this one.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED?
When receiving my packages, if I believe that the packaging has signs of deterioration, I have the possibility of:
Either refuse the package, it will then be returned directly to the sender;
Or ask for a provision at my post office so that I can open it in the presence of an authorized agent.
If your parcel has been accepted by a third party, you can always fill in the contact form of the Post Office, a customer adviser will study your request and an answer will be given to you within 2 working days. In all cases, you cannot accept the package by making reservations.
MY ARTICLE HAS A DEFECT
Paris Capital of the Earth pays the greatest attention to the quality of its products. The products distributed on our site are mostly made by hand by craftsmen, so we invite you to consider certain faults as part of the creativity and vagaries of craft work. Some items are also made to order, that is to say specially for you, our craftsmen do their best, with a little indulgence for those who are starting out, you can nevertheless tell them of the improvements that could be made.
If, however, despite all the quality checks carried out and your greatest indulgence, a major defect is to be reported, we invite you to report this problem in order to be reimbursed. Please respect the return procedure and indicate the reason for the return. In the event of a proven fault on our part, you will have the option of being reimbursed. The costs of return and return by La Poste with tracking number would be at our expense.
