This tradition started during the 16th century when Charles IX changed the day on which we celebrate New Year's Eve from the 1st of April to the 1st of January.
However, this is not the only explanation. Around the world, there exist many different myths as to why we play practical jokes on each other and spread hoaxes on that day.
We deeply believe, the 1st of April as being the international day dedicated of the funny people. This is the day for those people who love to have fun and to put a smile on people's faces
